Q:  How many people can participate? 

A:  8 person maximum - The room is roughly the size of a dorm room.

 

Q:  Are the rooms difficult to escape?  

A:  Your escape will be fun and challenging.  If you need hints, our facilitator will point you in the right direction.  Our               success rate is ~ 18%.

 

Q:  Is Great Escape scary?

A:  The door will be locked behind you.  So if you are claustrophobic, you might get a little anxious.  Don't worry you will            have the option to exit the room in any situation.  However, once you leave the room you will not be permitted to re-            enter. No refunds.

 

Q:  How long will it take?

A:   Your team will be given 60 minutes to solve the mysteries.  Please arrive a few minutes early for general info.

 

Q:  What if we need to change or cancel a booking?

A:  Please contact us to reschedule prior to your orignial time slot.  No refunds.  No shows will be charged full price of                 admission.  You may cancel within 24 hrs to use full value towards a future booking.

 

Q:  Is Great Escape good for groups?

A:  This is the perfect team building opportunity for family, friends, or co-workers.  Use your collective knowledge and               abilities to escape.

 

Q:  What if we run out of time?

A:  Your group will be let out of the room, but there will be no refunds.
